Al Safa Raw Honey Is Now at Downtown Natural Market in Brooklyn, New York

What makes Al Safa honey different

Al Safa honey is raw and unfiltered. It is spun from the comb without heat, with the natural pollen left in and nothing added. Every jar is one single-origin harvest, so you can choose by bloom.

Real raw honey firms up over time. That soft, grainy set is the natural sugars and pollen doing what they do in the comb, and it is a sign the honey has not been heated or over-filtered. To soften a jar, stand it in warm water for a few minutes. Never microwave or boil it.
