These Terms apply between you (the “Customer”, “you”, “your”) and Al Safa Honey (“we”, “us”, “our”), the owner and operator of the Site. Our website offers pure, natural honey for purchase online.

2. Orders & Acceptance

• When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products listed in the order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (including unavailability of stock or errors in pricing or description).
• Once we accept your order, a contract is formed between you and us.
• You warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or otherwise capable of entering into binding contracts, and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices shown on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated.
• We accept payment by the methods indicated on the Site at the time of purchase. Payment is due immediately upon placing your order.
• We reserve the right to change prices for items listed on the Site at any time before your order is accepted.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We will arrange for shipment of the products selected in your order to the delivery address you provide.
• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes to you once we have received full payment.

5. Replacement Policy (No Returns)

Because our products are food items and sealed for your safety, we do not accept returns once the items have left our facility and the seal has been broken or opened.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if the package is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost, subject to you contacting us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, a photo of the damaged item (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
