• Order details: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you bought.
• Account details: your email and order history if you create an account.
• Subscription details: your chosen delivery interval and the payment method securely stored by Shopify.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, a review submission, email or text.
• Site usage: basic, aggregated information about which pages are visited, used to improve the store.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any price. We do not store your full card number — card data is handled entirely by Shopify's encrypted payment system.

To take payment, ship your honey, manage your subscription, answer your questions, send order and renewal notices, prevent fraud, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Only the services needed to run the store: Shopify (checkout, payments and subscriptions), our shipping carriers, and our email and text messaging providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

We send order and subscription notices because they are part of your purchase. Marketing emails and harvest notes only go to people who opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link. If you opt in to text messages you can reply STOP at any time to stop them. Message and data rates may apply.

We use cookies and similar storage to keep your cart, keep you signed in, and understand how the store is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the cart and sign-in will stop working if you do. If you arrive from one of our ads, an advertising partner such as Meta may also place a cookie so we can measure which ads work and show ads to people who have visited. You can turn this off in your browser or in your ad settings.

The site runs over encrypted HTTPS connections, and checkout is protected by bank-grade 256-bit encryption through Shopify. Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to fulfill orders.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — except records we must keep for tax and order history. Contact us and we will handle it. Certain states, including California, give residents additional rights; we honor those requests for everyone.

The store is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Raw honey is not suitable for infants under one year of age.
