Al Safa Raw Honey Is Now at Fordham Road Pharmacy in The Bronx, New York

What makes Al Safa honey different

Every jar is raw, which means the honey is cold-extracted and never heated above hive temperature. It is unfiltered, so the natural pollen stays in the jar, and nothing is added. Each jar is a single harvest from one American bloom.

Real raw honey firms up over time. That soft, grainy set is the natural sugars and pollen doing what they do in the comb, and it is a sign the honey has not been heated or over-filtered. To soften a jar, stand it in warm water for a few minutes. Never microwave or boil it.
