About this harvest
Blueberry bushes bloom for only a few short weeks, which makes this one of the smallest harvests we offer all year. The bees work the delicate white bell-shaped blossoms, and what comes back is deeper and rounder than a meadow honey, with a soft fruit-blossom character.
A limited northern harvest, poured raw and unfiltered with its natural pollen intact. When the season's jars are gone, they are gone until the barrens bloom again.
