About this harvest
This is the jar that started Al Safa Honey and the one that lives on most of our customers' kitchen counters. It is honey in its original state — spun cold from the comb, strained of wax and nothing else, then poured straight into glass. Never pasteurized, never fine-filtered, never cut with syrup or water.
Because it is bottled as the bees made it, the color and thickness shift a little from harvest to harvest, and the jar will slowly set into a soft crystal over time. That is the honest signature of raw honey. Ingredients: simply honey, from the bees to the jar.
