About this harvest
Clover is the honey almost everyone grew up with — but almost nobody has had it raw. Ours comes from bees working white clover in open pasture, and it is the lightest, gentlest jar in our collection: pale gold, clean, softly floral, never sharp.
It is the one we hand to people who say they do not really like honey, because there is nothing heavy about it. Unpasteurized and unfiltered, with its natural pollen left in — which is why it eventually turns pale and creamy in the jar.
